*This temporary position starts between $20.20-22.72/hour. This is a temporary position with possibility to turn into a full-time position regular position.
Under minimal supervision, perform a wide variety of complex and confidential administrative functions in the management of preschool to middle school office. Carry out diverse responsibilities independently or with the assistance of clerical personnel. Provide outstanding customer service and perform other related duties as assigned. Lead, mentor, develop, and evaluate the work of direct reports. Evaluate the health and success of the ministry and deliver feedback to supervisor. May be responsible to monitor and oversee a ministry budget. Use benchmarks and feedback to identify and implement opportunities for ministry growth. Enroll and transfer students; maintain RenWeb student database through the enrollment process including creating student profiles, class assignments, grades, updating information. Maintain accurate and confidential student records, including attendance, generating reports as needed to State and County municipalities and School Advisory Board. Manages petty cash, administration credit card, processes check requests and invoices to accounting as need to support teachers and administration, ensuring all expenses are properly coded to the correct budget accounts. Maintain school calendar, coordinating and attending all school events and activities which may require evenings, weekends and off-site work. Recruit, train and schedule volunteers for office and school activities. Facilitate communication to/with parents, students, teachers, administration and church staff by typing and distributing correspondence, newsletters, flyers, handbooks, etc. Serve as liaison with WOLCC departments and programs, communicating marketing needs, requesting assistance with scheduling and logistics, and communicating information to other departments. This is a part time (possibility of full time) temporary position, 20 hrs/week.
